Nothing much changed today.  I still have 11 spots open with 23 teams vying for those at-large berths.   Oral Roberts, Western Kentucky and Butler all won automatic bids and, while only Butler was a serious candidate for an at-large bid, that leaves things much as before.  As I mentioned yesterday, I think everything else depends on the conference tournaments.  Some teams (particularly Virginia Tech–looked at their profile today and it is pretty awful) have to do more than others to remain in the picture.  Things should begin sorting themselves out starting tomorrow with the Big East first round.  If you held a gun to my head, I’d probably have to put the following 11 teams in based on what they have done so far:  Texas A&M, Ohio St., Arkansas, Kentucky, Arizona, Arizona St., Illinois St., UNLV, UMass, Dayton and Virginia Commonwealth.  My last four out would probably be Syracuse, Oregon, Ole Miss and New Mexico.  We’ll analyze some of the bubble teams tomorrow night.
